THIS WEEKS MUSIC NEWS (17TH FEB)

The Grammy Awards took place last Sunday and the big winner of the night turned out to be Brit Singer Adele. Adele took home 6 Grammy's equalling (held by Beyonce the record of most gong's taken home by a single female artist in one ceremony.

Legendary singer Whitney Houston passed away earlier this week. The singer was only 48 and was found dead in her hotel room in LA where she was staying in preparation for the Grammy Awards. At this point the cause of her death is unknown. RIP Whitney.



Here is this weeks round up of new releases. Album releases this week include new albums from Emeli Sande, Robin Thicke & Speech Debelle. There are also new singles releases from Blink 182, Lianne La Harvas and Snow Patrol. DJ Fresh looks set to top the singles chart with Emeli Sande's debut album looking all set to take the number one spot in the album chart.
